The last fairing job. We sprayed the boat with a high build primer and then sanded that down as well.
This thing is a jewel. If I had not gone through the exercise, I would not have believed the story. The transformation from rough plywood surface to beautifully straight lines was very gratifying. Word had gotten around the yard that there was something exciting going on in the big shed. There was a constant stream of visitors coming to see the transformation. Al had enough work booked for the rest of his life.
