Interior finish

The interior is lined with 1/8 teak in the sterncastle, berths, on the main strength bulkheads and the forward cabin front. A headliner is installed in all berths, the sterncastle, galley, forward dressing area. It is made up of thin plastic sheeting covered with an imitation leather.

All berths have 4-inch foam mattresses and are full size double berths. The forward berth mattress is made from latex foam. Big difference. Recommended if you are going to live aboard.

Chart table has VHF radio installation, navigation data repeater (GPS), and a drafting machine type mapping tool. There is a Horizon VHF along with two Apelco hand held VHF’s

The floors are all Boeing Aircraft honeycomb material finished with ¼ inch teak and holly overlay.

Lighting consists of 8 Alpenglow 12-volt DC florescent fixtures. All have low and high settings. Two of the lights have red bulbs as well. These are to protect your night vision. They are above the chart table in the forward cabin and above the galley stove.

There is 110 VAC in each berth and in the galley, navigation area, forward dressing area. There is 12 VDC in each berth and in the galley, navigation area, and forward dressing area. Power is supplied by a 16 circuit Newtech panel coupled to a 2500 watt Trace inverter and two 8-D Gel cells. The outboard motor has its’ own small starting battery. There is a 12-volt Air Marine wind generator with plans for 5 Siemens solar panels. Additional power is available from a gasoline generator. All power usage/regeneration is monitored by an Ample Power monitor system/controller.

Entertainment is supplied by a Blaupunkt radio/cassette/CD combination unit coupled to a 10-disc CD changer and Bose speakers in the sterncastle. There is a 9 inch 12 VDC TV and VCP unit as well.

A clock and barometer are mounted on the galley bulkhead.
